Booking Terms and Conditions
Enrolment Requirements
- Each intake requires a minimum of eight (8) delegates to proceed.
- The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session that does not meet the minimum enrolment requirement.
- Final confirmation of scheduled dates will be provided no later than two (2) months prior to the planned start date.
Booking Cut-off and Confirmation
- The cut-off date for all bookings is two (2) months prior to the scheduled start date.
- The Academy will confirm the status of all placements within five (5) business days after the cut-off date.
- Enrollment is not considered final until written confirmation is provided by the Academy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- In the event of insufficient enrolment, delegates will be offered the following options:
- Transfer to alternative available dates.
- Full reimbursement to the original method of payment.
- Reimbursements will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of cancellation.
- The Academy is not responsible for any costs incurred by delegates prior to final confirmation of placements.
Travel Arrangements
- Delegates are strongly advised against booking non-refundable travel arrangements until after receiving final confirmation from the Academy.
- If travel arrangements must be made in advance, we recommend booking refundable or flexible options.
- The Academy will not reimburse any travel expenses incurred due to session cancellation or rescheduling.
Force Majeure
- ACADEMY by LQA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, public health emergencies or civil unrest.
