Booking Terms & Conditions

By completing your booking, you agree to your terms and conditions below

Enrollment Requirements

  1. Each intake requires a minimum of eight (8) delegates to proceed.
  2. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement.
  3. Final confirmation of scheduled dates will be provided no later than two (2) months prior to the planned start date.

Booking Cut-off and Confirmation

  1. The cut-off date for all bookings is two (2) months prior to the scheduled start date.
  2. The Academy will confirm the status of all placements within five (5) business days after the cut-off date.
  3. Enrollment is not considered final until written confirmation is provided by the Academy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. In the event of insufficient enrollment, delegates will be offered the following options:
    • Transfer to alternative available dates
    • Full reimbursement to the original method of payment
  2. Reimbursements will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of cancellation.
  3. The Academy is not responsible for any costs incurred by delegates prior to final confirmation of placements.

Travel Arrangements

  1. Delegates are strongly advised against booking non-refundable travel arrangements until after receiving final confirmation from the Academy.
  2. If travel arrangements must be made in advance, we recommend booking refundable or flexible options.
  3. The Academy will not reimburse any travel expenses incurred due to session cancellation or rescheduling.

Force Majeure

  1. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, public health emergencies or civil unrest.
  2. In such cases, the same rescheduling and reimbursement options will be provided to delegates.
